Returns and Refund

At COSME-DE.COM, we aim at providing the best service and quality products to our customers. That is why we have a 100% 30-day money back guarantee behind every purchase. If, for any reasons, your purchase of any of our products does not satisfy you, you may return them for a full 100% refund.

You may return the products within 30 days of your purchase (counting from the dispatch date on the order dispatch notification email). Please contact us through the Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures before sending. We respectfully request that you include the delivery note with the return for our record.
**If return without prior notice, 50% of total order value handling fee will be charged.

All products need to remain unopened in order to be eligible as return. COSME-DE.COM reserves the rights to refuse any items as return under the following conditions:

  • any opened or broken products
  • any discount, special, promotion, bundle, last chance, outlet items
  • Products listed as non-refundable/exchangeable
  • Returns made 30 days after the dispatch date

The refund will be credited to the account used for the original purchase, and we will not bear the cost of return shipping.

An order can only be returned once, therefore all return goods must be packed in the same package. If returned separately, only the first returned label will be recorded.

When the courier deliver the parcel to recipient, recipient should check and before signing it.
If the recipient did not checked and the parcel was signed by someone else or picked up at the service point, please contact the courier to request a return or a certificate of damage.
If customer found out damaged or leaked product after singing it, please keep the delivery box and related packaging, and provide us with the following information, we will follow up as soon as possible:

  • Picture(s) of parcel box used to deliver the products (To check for damage in parcel exterior).
  • Pictures of the inner box (To check whether bubble wrap and/or inflatable packaging has protected product properly)
  • Pictures of leaked or damaged product in question
  • QR Code label on product

We double-check all orders before shipping them. But if an incorrect item was received, please return it (in a resalable condition) along with the original delivery note. The correct item will be shipped to you as soon as possible. Before returning the incorrect item, please send your order number to us through the Contact Us page for the return order number and procedures.

All refund items will need to be unopened. Please see Returns and Exchanges section for more details. It typically takes up to four weeks for your refund to be processed and it will be credited to the original payment account.

For cash-on delivery, refunds are sent in the form of an online redeemable cash coupon (A promotion code will be given by COSME-DE.COM to settle your next order with exact amount). The handling fee paid for Cash on Delivery service is non-refundable under any circumstances.

In case the address you provided is incorrect causing the order to become undeliverable, there will be relevant charges for refunds. Please see Undeliverable Package section for more detail.
