Due to the strict inspection of all imported parcel by the mainland customs, lots of shipments have been stranded at the customs, starting from 1st September, we will accept orders as usual, but we will not dispatch the parcel yet. Current order transit time could take up to 25-20 working days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

According to the new VAT rules started on 01 Jul 2021, please kindly be informed that we will not provide the VAT reimbursement to all the shipping countries. If your order is charged duties and taxes by customs, any VAT charges or any other additional charges, both charges are responsible by the recipient which are not refundable.
