Apply with fingertips or a foundation brush, by patting lightly over the whole face, and if desired, to the neck and décolleté. Smooth the foundation with circular strokes starting from the middle of the face and moving outwards. Start at the base of the face and work upwards to smooth lines. Pat to finish to even out the complexion.
